Howard & Esther Youngberg and six other family members started Mineral Springs Poultry in 1979 outside of the small town of Carlton Oregon. Currently Mineral Springs Poultry is ran by Howards oldest son Nels. Nels, his wife Davina and their 5 children carry on the family business after all of these years.
Mineral Springs Poultry prides itself on "Custom Processing". We can do mostly any type bird or game. Nels Youngberg has 30 years of poultry farming and processing experience. He is a source for all things regarding poultry farming and processing.
